Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 1st Jan 2026

All MAPS memberships are digital products and are activated immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital membership, refunds are only considered if issues are reported within 7 days of payment.

1. Reporting Issues

Members must notify MAPS of any payment or access issues within 7 days of completing the transaction. Please provide proof of payment and a clear description of the problem.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only if:

  • The payment was successfully processed but membership access was not granted.

  • There was a technical error on our system that prevented activation.

3. Refund Process

  • Requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Email].

  • MAPS will review and respond within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Membership changes after activation.

  • Failure to provide correct registration details.

  • Membership access issues reported after 7 days of payment.
